The herbs found in it are traditionally used to support adrenals and regulate blood sugar levels whereas the liquorice and the Siberian ginseng support your energy levels. The gotu kola is known to aid with meditation and rejuvenation.

Gotu kola: Skin health benefits and promotes general well being as well as a relaxed mind.

Siberian Ginseng: Is often prescribed by naturopaths and herbalists to treat stress-related fatigue. Traditionally it has a wide application in China as a revitalising and immune boosting herb for the elderly.

Ginger: Stimulates the circulatory system and is an effective natural remedy that helps stimulate the mind.

Liquorice: Is great for low energy levels, as it can assist in restoring adrenal glands. Furthermore it is a great mood booster that helps you stabilise your blood sugar levels.

Cinnamon: May naturally help lower your blood sugar; it has antioxidants and is great for your skin, just like the liquorice root.

Furthermore, our energy tea aids in soothing digestion thanks to the liquorice, lemongrass and cinnamon.

How to brew Energy Tea

• Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)

• Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength

• Pour into your favourite cup and experience the moment

• Enjoy 1-4 cups daily in between meals to restore and revitalise energy.

After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.

Serves

Our Energy Tea Box and Jar contain 80g and serves up to 50 cups. The compostable Refill Pouch contains 160g and serves up to 100 cups.

Storage

To preserve the vitality, flavour and therapeutic actions of our teas, we recommend storing in our signature MIRON ultraviolet glass jars – or in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Storing in this manner will extend the blends aroma, vibrancy and benefits for up to 24 months.
